The Panels

- The ORTEC Mold System is an extremely stable spinal orthosis which can be easily customized to achieve optimum comfort and compliance for the patient. The system can be completely molded and fit within 10 minutes. In addition, the ORTEC Mold System is completely remoldable accomodating the patients' changing needs.

- The ORTEC Mold Spinal System has pre cut panels which are heated between 70-90℃ and then placed into the barrier binder pocket and molded to the patient. When placed directly on the patient the binder allows 90% of the molding to simply take place with residual molding accomplished by practitioner  desired adjustments. The panels are constructed with a low temperature setting, but also has the rigidity  of a high temperature thermoplastic.

- Heating board can be used of 110V or 220V and make materials as flexible condition within 5 minutes.

BW-Series

These products emphasize independent pressuring effects. To be specific, dynamic, stable, and independent straps apply pressure on the thoracic vertebrae and lumbar providing direct pressure to stabilize lower back pain. In addition, they are conveniently and firmly anchored on affected areas via attachment system in bi-direction unlike previously developed spine bracing appliances. This product ergonomically braces waist area requiring less amount of force for senior users and maximizes the function of intra-abdominal pressure
