Falklands offshore drilling resumes after interruption (19/03/2012)

LONDON – Borders & Southern says drilling continues on its Darwin prospect off the Falkland Islands.

However, progress was stalled for a while due to technical issues associated with rig equipment. These issues have been addressed and the well is again progressing in line with the design.

Due to the delays the company expects work on the well to continue for another four to five weeks.
