Romania: SIF Oltenia SA Sells $2.7m Worth of OMV Shares (13/12/2012)

Romanian investment fund SIF Oltenia SA has sold $2.7m worth of shares in oil and gas major OMV Petrom according to a filing the company left with the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The fund sold 39.9m shares in the company, at 8c a share.
OMV Petrom is the largest fuel company in Romania. The sale follows a similar move taken by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, which sold 229m shares at the end of November.
