England, UK: Q8Oils Hires Clarke Transport as Primary Packed Goo (21/11/2012)

Q8Oils has announced the appointment of Clarke Transport as the company’s main packed goods carrier. Clarke will deliver from the company’s Leeds base, where it will deal with up to 50 packages per day including IBCs and participate in Q8Oil’s tracked delivery system, whereby customers are informed on the location and progress of their order.
“Q8Oils is a fantastic brand for us to be working with, and with our previous experience in handling industrial products and distributing chemicals, we have been able to offer them a high quality haulier service,” commented Phil Lowcock, Clarke’s Transport Director. “We have invested in seven dedicated vehicles and staff training for 20 drivers, as well as back up pumps and compressors.”
Lowcock added that Clarke’s has already built a strong working relationship with Q8Oils and said that he is looking forward to engaging in projects where vehicles need to travel through restricted space.
While primarily delivering packaged orders for Q8Oils, Clarke has also offered to let the company make use of its on-board pump facilities.
